If you believe that you still need a refund, just write to us within first 14 days of making the original purchase. This policy is applicable to first purchase and not renewals.

However the #1 reason for refund in any plugin/ software is some kind of a technical issue. Therefore, we’d like you to first raise a support ticket to help us understand where you’re stuck. Most issues can be solved with a simple email and our prompt support ensures you’re never disappointed.

In case of Refund,  we would request you to relinquish the rights to using premium products and confirm that it wont be utilised henceforth refund is issued.
