Funnel Builder Pro is a combination of Opt-in Pages, Sales Pages, AeroCheckout, OrderBump & UpStroke, and Thank you pages
So, you won't require individual plugins. Their functionality already exists inside of Funnel Builder Pro.
1) Create Tempting Checkout Pages
You can create a new funnel from scratch and add a new step - Checkout Page within Funnel Builder.

2) Edit your One-Click Upsell offers
For One-Click Upsell offers, you can add multiple steps below the Checkout page and set the Rule to trigger the upsell.

3) Add Order Bumps to your Checkout Page
You can find the order bump next to your Checkout page step that you created.
