Never wonder why a contact stopped getting your emails!

When an email bounced, the contact’s status changed, but months later there was no record of which service reported it or why.

Bounces now add a timestamped note to the contact’s timeline, showing which email service reported the bounce and the details.

A new Contact Soft Bounced trigger can start an automation the moment a contact soft bounces. Soft-bounced contacts also stay in your broadcasts by default, and they’re no longer turned into hard bounces after three attempts, so a temporary blip won’t quietly cut someone off.

Simply make sure bounce tracking is enabled with your email service, then use the Contact Soft Bounced trigger in any automation.

Deleting a conditional step used to be all or nothing. Removing one branch wiped out every email and delay in the other branch too.

Now you choose what goes. Delete the whole conditional step, just the Yes path, or just the No path, and everything in the remaining path stays right where it is. Split paths work the same way. Remove path A and paths B and C keep running, renamed automatically so your labels stay tidy. Remove one side of a two-path split and the remaining steps slide straight into your main workflow.

Simply hit delete on a conditional step or split path and pick what to remove.
