How to find Browser Specific issues?

If you're experiencing issues with your interactive functionality within Checkout pages, this may be due to JavaScript errors or conflicts.

For example, your checkout fields/ Button is misaligned or any extra border showing which is not in design actually or Payment Gateways are not visible or something else, etc. In order to formulate your support request, it helps the product support team to know what the JavaScript error is.

To make sure that this is a JavaScript error and not a browser error.

Try Checkout page in Different Browsers

First of all, try opening your same Checkout in any other browser (try the checkout page in Firefox or Internet Explorer etc.)

  • If the site is not having the same issue in the another browser you know that the error is browser specific.
  • If the site is having the same error, it is not browser specific error.

Make note of any browsers you are experiencing the error in. You can use this information when you are making a support request.
