Notifications

FunnelKit Automations lets you send weekly, monthly, or both performance summaries of key metrics, offering insights into how recent campaigns have performed and highlighting trends over time.

The report includes data on contacts added, open rates, click-through rates, orders placed, unsubscribes, revenue generated, and more.

Benefits of weekly/monthly performance summaries:

  • Quick decision making - With a consolidated report, admins and teams can quickly assess the success of recent campaigns and adjust future ones based on what’s working and what’s not.
  • Trend analysis - These summaries allow businesses to track performance over time, identifying patterns that can help prepare long-term strategies.
  • Resource optimization - By knowing which emails or campaigns drive engagement, marketers can focus their resources on content types and topics that resonate with audiences.

Notification Options to Configure

Click on Enable Email Performance Summary to view the notification options.

  • Frequency - Enable weekly, monthly, or both performance summary email notifications. The week starts from Monday to Sunday, and the monthly data for the entire month is given.
  • Users - Add the admin’s email addresses to get these automated performance summary notifications.
  • Other Recipients - Add any external user with a name and email address to receive these notifications.
  • Send Time - Set the time you want to generate and receive these reports in your email.
  • Test Notification - Enter your email address to test these notifications and ensure emails arrive in your inbox.

🔔 Please note that you’ll not receive any emails if there are no metrics or data to show on your WooCommerce store. When you receive The data will be for your selected time period set under Frequency (either Weekly or Monthly)


Here are the key automation metrics you'll receive to help you assess how your store's automation is performing:

  • New Contacts:
    Number of new leads or subscribers added to your list. Shows how effectively you're growing your audience.
  • Emails Sent:
    Total number of emails sent to recipients. Reflects how active your outreach or automation strategy is.
  • Emails Opened:
    Number of emails that were opened by recipients. Indicates the effectiveness of your subject lines and timing.
  • Emails Clicked:
    Number of people who clicked on a link inside your emails. Measures how engaging your email content and call-to-actions are.
  • Carts Captured:
    Number of users who added items to their cart and entered contact info but didn’t complete checkout. Helps you identify potential buyers and recover lost sales.
  • Carts Recovered:
    Number of abandoned carts successfully turned into orders. Shows how effective your follow-up or recovery emails are.
  • Total Orders:
    Number of purchases completed during your selected time period (set under Frequency). Indicates how effectively your funnel is converting visitors into paying customers.
  • Total Revenue:
    Total income generated from all orders. The most direct measure of your store's financial performance.
