Sometimes, when you upload an image or logo inside FunnelKit Automations’ visual builder to design your emails, you may get an image loading error - 403 Forbidden.
The error code can be found by clicking the right click and then Inspect.
Under Networks, you'll see the 403 Forbidden error code.
This error commonly occurs when uploading images in formats, such as, gif, ico, jpg, jpeg, and png to external websites.
The 403 Forbidden issue typically indicates that image asset hotlinking is disabled on your website.

Hotlinking disabled (or prevention) means that other websites cannot use your images by linking directly to your hosted images, which can prevent your images from displaying as intended.
To resolve this issue, we recommend contacting your hosting provider and requesting that they whitelist, i.e., allow images to be hotlinked by this domain ‘app.wpmailkit.com’.
This will ensure that images uploaded inside the visual email builder can be hotlinked and displayed correctly without triggering a ‘403 Forbidden’ error due to hotlink prevention.
